Ce webinaire explorera l’influence du système lymphatique sur les maladies cardiométaboliques, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur son rôle dans la régulation de l’accumulation de cholestérol dans les tissus et dans la résolution de l’inflammation cardiaque. Nous aborderons les données récentes démontrant l’importance de la fonction lymphatique dans le maintien d’un statut cardiovasculaire et métabolique optimal, ainsi que les mécanismes par lesquels une activité lymphatique altérée peut aggraver la progression des pathologies associées. This webinar will explore how the lymphatic system influences cardiometabolic diseases, with a particular focus on its role in regulating cholesterol accumulation within tissues and contributing to the resolution of inflammation in the heart. We will discuss emerging evidence highlighting the importance of lymphatic function in maintaining cardiovascular and metabolic health, as well as the mechanisms through which impaired lymphatic activity may exacerbate disease progression. The presentation will also examine current and potential therapeutic interventions aimed at targeting the lymphatic system to improve cardiometabolic outcomes and promote tissue repair and inflammation resolution.
