La NSFA encourage les chercheurs issus de laboratoires de recherche français à participer au congrès de l’European Lipoprotein Club (ELC). En 2020, la NSFA a accordé une aide financière de 400€ à une sélection de communications acceptées par le comité scientifique de l’ELC soumises pour présentation au Congrès de la NSFA intitalement prévu en 2020. Cette année marquée par le Covid-19,  5 subventions  NSFA de 400 euros ont tout de même pu être alloués aux lauréats suivants :
